As General Manager of Consumer Products Asia, Alex is responsible for Veeva's Consumer Products business in Asia. He has over 25 years of experience working in the Enterprise Software industry, with more than 20 years in senior leadership roles.
Alex joined Veeva in 2012 and established Veeva's presence in APAC, launching teams in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Korea and India.
Prior to working at Veeva, Alex was the Big Data and Master Data Management Growth Market Unit Leader in IBM's Software Group. Alex came to IBM as part of the successful acquisition of Initiate Systems, a leading Master Data Management solution provider where Alex was VP, Asia Pacific. Alex's highly accomplished career has focused on massively scaling and growing mission-critical product-centric technology companies in Asia.
Alex has extensive hands-on experience spanning Sales, Product Management/Strategy, Field Management, Marketing and Operations with deep experience with industry-specific cloud software
Alex holds a B.A. with Joint Honor's in Politics and Philosophy from University of Wales, Swansea.

Natasha Telles D’Costa is the Director of Strategy, Asia, Consumer Products at Veeva Systems.
Natasha Telles D'Costa has spent the majority of her career advocating for an industry that is insight-driven, predicting challenges as opposed to reacting to them. She is a strong advocate of the belief that people-centered solutions drive true growth, and that we learn more from unintended consequences than we ever will from our successes.
