Haik is Veeva QualityOne’s QMS & AI strategy lead, responsible for identifying cross-industry use cases and leveraging them into market-accurate product roadmaps with high-impact QMS enhancements. He helps organizations refine processes, build business cases, design transformational programs, and meaningfully engage their industry peers through a variety of forums.
Before his strategy role, Haik held several quality leadership positions, including delivering multiple quality software products to market at Sparta Systems. He also served in Veeva’s professional services team, where he built and delivered numerous enterprise cloud transformative programs. He’s based in northern New Jersey with his wife and children.
