Communicating with your sold customers

We made it very simple quick and easy for you to effectively communicate with your customer. Impressing your customer with written communication will reward you greatly in two areas. One is save you time and money, second is the added referrals you'll receive from your customer perceiving you as a very professional contractor.

Note: When the job is sold, simply change the job status to "sold" and all remaining follow up letters will automatically delete.

Now you have a letter library that is full of template letters plus the ability to create and produce as many new customer support letters as you like. Use the one, two and three picture templates. There is no limit to what you can do.

Put this powerful time saving technique to work for you and you'll see how much time it can save your staff. Plus your customer will think you've taken lots of time to type them a personalized letter.

Look how quick you can inform your customer of the * start date you want to begin the job. This is so much quicker than making a phone call, plus informing your customer of added details that they will need to know. (See page 15 or step 7 of the Quick reference user's guide)

Locate your customer by job ID, last name or salesmen. Highlight the letter, and click print. Certainly quicker and more professional than a phone call, saving you time.
