The first step is to know who your good customers are and focus on them.

COMPETITIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE LEADS

A non-competitive lead is one in which the customers interest is generated by your direst contact with him or her. Therefore, they will most likely not call other companies to get estimates. This type of customer can be sold at a higher price, generating better profit margins.
By generating a healthy lead flow in your company you can be more selective in the quality of leads you run, generating a better quality job and larger profits.
