This is too easy! If you detest making follow up calls (which can be time consuming and painful) your going to absolutely love our follow up system. It's automatic and definitely will sell jobs, quicker and easier than you ever dreamed possible.

All the letters are completely customizable to your way of doing business. Change, edit, do what fits your company the best. Set them up for a One Week, Two Week, Three Week, Five Week, and Eight Week/last chance letter.
To achieve this, locate your customer. Click in the SEND column and a down arrow will appear. If you click on it, a list of all the customer and follow-up letters will appear. Click on the letter you want to print or to schedule to print. (Screen)
It just doesn't get any easier... your computer does all the work and remember when to send the follow up for you, automatically.
When that date arrives you open the SDS system and it will tell you that you have letters to print, do you want to print them now? ....simply select YES.
